What we do?
Inter-Cultur is a development cooperation NGO, whose projects are focused on promotion of vocational training and job creation. In addition to education, projects emphasize gender equality, civil rights as well as economic growth and employment. The added value of the projects has been Inter-Cultur's vast experience of leadership and professional ethics, on which training has been offered to local partners. Since 2009 Inter-Cultur has received funding for its development cooperation projects from Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Why do we do?
According to International Labour Organization’s report in 2018 every fourth man and every other woman lived without a job or possibilities for work. These kind of issues are in the core of Inter-Cultur's activities. In order to improve people’s living conditions and equality it is necessary to guarantee a chance for everyone to work and educate oneself. Creating jobs and ensuring education support the formation of a stable and secure society. Inter-Cultur's expertise and experience in project management and education ensure a strong base for the projects. The impact of these projects is visible on different levels of the society as well as in the personal growth of individual beneficiaries.
For businesses and organizations
Inter-Cultur's activities aim at sustainable and long-term impact, which is created through professional implementation of projects. Equality and happiness, which are obtained through work and education, are the preconditions for a good life. Everyone has a right to a good life. Therefore, Inter-Cultur believes that also the smallest acts have the biggest impact on individual lives.
