What do we do?
Inter-Cultur (IC) is a development cooperation NGO that creates social impact by promoting programs that focus on vocational training and job creation. On top of financing activities, we offer our partners guidance and capacity-building on institutional sustainability, strategy, project management and leadership. Our programs emphasize gender equality, civil rights, economic growth, and employment. Since 2009 Inter-Cultur has received funding from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
Why do we do it?
Offering everyone access to education and a decent job is key to guaranteeing human dignity and improving people’s living conditions, quality of life, and income. The vocational training and job creation programs we promote foster a more just and equal society. The impact of our programs is visible in the personal growth and development of the individuals.
